Arun (Irrfan Khan) is a Chartered Accountant who meets
expectations for Mr. Mehta (Saurabh Shukla) and helps him maintain his unlawful
business. Arun is enamored with Priti (Chitrangada Singh), however she succumbs
to Shyam (Vipul Gupta) who was acquainted with her by Arun.
After Bade, a criminal of Delhi (Yashpal Sharma), drops out
