The motion picture begins on a stormy night in Kerala. A vast tree limb falls and breaks the top of an out-house, discharging a dull substance. The lady who reviews the out-house winds up in a doctor's facility experiencing a state of unconsciousness.

In an alternate town her girl Sanjana (Bipasha Basu) and her spouse Kabir (Karan Singh Grover) contend about not having the capacity to spend her birthday together. Sanjana gets a call about her mom's mishap and they rapidly travel to Kerala. In Kerala, Sanjana starts having paranormal dreams that make her accept that her dead conjoined twin's spirit is after her. Her spouse does not trust her and sends her to his previous Professor for otherworldly mending.

Amid the mending sessions she enlightens the Professor concerning how her conjoined twin Anjana (Bipasha Basu) constantly hated that Kabir preferred Sanjana more than her. Truth be told it was when Kabir told Sanjana that he was returning home from abroad that Sanjana chose to particular from Anjana. It was amid this operation that Anjana passed on, and Sanjana accuses herself for her sister's passing. The Professor consoles her that when she sees Anjana in her dreams it is the aftereffect of her blame and just an illusion of her subliminal.

Again at her mom's spot, while getting water around evening time Sanjana is snatched into the out-house by a concealed substance. Listening to clamors Kabir awakens discovers her oblivious in the out-house. We later discover that Sanjana is currently controlled by Anjana's spirit.

After this, Sanjana/Anjana can't get enough of Kabir. At the point when the educator meets her again he feels there is something incorrectly and advises Kabir to watch her, which she catches.
