Koyelaanchal reveals itself through Saryu Bhan Singh (Vinod
Khanna), an ex-manager turned Mafioso of the district, who through his sheer
fierceness & explicit insubordination of rule that everyone must follow,
powers the individuals & the powers to recognize him as their 'maalik'. Any
dissent, any voice of contradiction against him is managed spine chilling
brutality of incredible scale.
Things get a bit hard to handle for Saryu Bhan Singh when an
upright District Collector Nisheeth Kumar (Sunil Shetty) assumes responsibility
