The film is about Parghat Singh Kahlon nom de plume Gattu/
Kaali (Akshay Kumar) who is carrying on with the life his dad Gurtej Singh
Kahlon (Rishi Kapoor) picked for him. Gattu had been great at cricket and
needed to play for England however his father would never give him a chance to
turn into an individual from the England group. His father had let him know

excellent in the house. He was constantly alone until Zeeshan and Simran
(Anushka Sharma) come into his life.
