Vishal (Ajay Devgan), is a dedicated officer who deals with
his gang. He cherishes Sapna (Urmila Matondkar). His uncle, Lekhraj (Paresh
Rawal), is attempting to murder Vishal on the grounds that he is a criminal
whom Vishal is attempting to disclose yet does not know it is his uncle whom he
regards. At that point a burglary happens and Arun (Ajay Devgan) is the burglar
who is the copy of Vishal. At that point Vishal was telling the Commissioner
(Shivaji Satham), about Arun and him being his copy when he is shot by
Lehkraj's child on the grounds that he is on his dad's side. At that point
Vishal goes into a trance like state and afterward the Commissioner makes a
plan with Arun to depict him as Vishal on the planet's eyes so crooks have an
apprehension of Vishal. Arun's two companions, pooja (Mahima Chaudhry) (who
adores Arun however Arun doesn't), and Okay (Johnny Lever). At the point when
the Commissioner was conversing with Arun, Pooja comes and the Commissioner

her. At that point the Commissioner tells Vishals family that Arun is Vishal.

Commissioner discovers that the uncle of Vishal is the person who is
threatening the city and Vishal is educated by him. At that point the uncle
shoots Arun attempting to shoot Vishal. His uncle and his child are captured
and Arun survives. Generally as he is leaving, he is ceased by Vishal and is
told why is he leaving without Sapna. At that point it is uncovered that when
Pooja was telling Arun that Sapna cherishes Arun, she was really conversing
with Vishal.Then Vishal unites Arun and Sapna. At last, Vishal goes his own
