Raju (Akshay Kumar) is an occupant of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte
a.k.a. Babu Bhaiyya (Paresh Rawal) and has not paid his rent for quite a while.
Raju does not have confidence in diligent work and needs to procure pain free
income. He cons everyone, even his mom (Sulabha Arya), who conceives that her
child meets expectations in Calcutta. Baburao, a bespectacled since a long time
ago located man, runs the "Star Garage". He has a familial obligation
with numerous cash banks and has hard time with them.
Shyam a.k.a. Ghanshyam (Sunil Shetty) has come to Mumbai
from Gurgaon looking for a vocation in his late father's bank. Evidently his
dad kicked the bucket in a fire that softened out up the bank and he guarantees
that the bank owes him the occupation. He gravely needs the cash for his
companion Khadak Singh's (Om Puri) sister's marriage. A young lady, Anuradha
Panniker (Tabu), is additionally in the running for the employment, her dad
having kicked the bucket two minutes prior Shyam's. Shyam meets Raju and a
misconception causes Shyam to believe that Raju is a pickpocket. A battle
results between the two, and Raju departures, leaving his wallet with Shyam.
After Raju leaves, Shyam finds that he had his own wallet on him constantly.
Tragically, this acknowledgment comes pretty much as Raju comes back with two
policemen, demanding that Shyam has ransacked him.
Later that night, Shyam achieves Star Garage. Baburao
consents to take him in as a paying guest, despite the fact that he cautions
Shyam that he will need to impart the spot to another visitor and will need to
help with the family tasks. Shockingly for Shyam, the other guest is Raju, who
has not paid Baburao a solitary penny of rent in the most recent two years. The
two men get into a fight again the moment they see one another. Raju
vociferously protests Shyam's vicinity and undermines to move out. Baburao is
perplexed by Raju's ire and challenges his blustering. Inevitably, Raju throws
in the towel, guaranteeing that he's staying on the grounds that he owes
Baburao and he would rather not leave obligations. The two men are always at
one another's throats, and poor Baburao frequently winds up agony the physical
outcomes of their contention.
